Activity Leader

JT is a London based actor, writer and director originally from the Midwest of the United States. In 2022, JT filmed two feature films, Sunflower directed by Emil Ben-Shimon and Tiny Little Voices directed by Chris Rogers due to be released in 2024.  He also continually writes and acts in development workshops with the Director's Cut Theatre company. JT graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology and Theatre Arts. Prior to moving to the UK, he attended the prestigious Stella Adler Studio of Acting in New York City, taking part in their three-year acting conservatory program, where he also taught Maths to students grades 9-12 and developed strategies for combating test-taking anxiety.

After graduating from drama school, JT spent a full year in the Bruce E. Coyle Internship Program at the Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park where he worked as both a teaching artist and mainstage actor. As part of the program, he taught drama classes in schools around the Greater Cincinnati Area for children ages 6 to 11. JT currently works as a substitute teacher in London and has several years’ experience teaching up to GCSE level Maths, English and Science, specializing in test anxiety and confidence.

He also teaches Improv and Dungeons and Dragons on Zoom for Gift Courses.
